The Aquaflex Pelvic Muscle Exerciser consists of weighted cones which can restore and maintain pelvic muscle tone. There are two cones with graduated weights including a starter which is slightly larger. The weights (5, 10 and 20 gm) are placed into the cone - starting with the smallest - and the cone inserted into the vagina and held for 20 minutes. Once the cone can be held for 20 mins, the next weight is added --and so on.
